The LEADING EDGE Business Plan and Model Building Workshop is an eleven week course is designed to help entrepreneurs couple strategic thinking skills with a discovery process that starts with a business concept, moves to designing a viable business structure and results in an executable plan of action. Participants will focus on developing a business model that will survive the viability test and develop the strategic direction for their business. Depending on individual needs, you will complete either a formal written business plan or an internal working plan that outlines actionable steps with measurable outcomes and time-bound deadlines.
