¿Qué obtendrás?

• Diseño y creación de sitio web (4-6 páginas como inicio, acerca de nosotros, contáctanos, menú)
• Contenido prediseñado y optimizado de acuerdo a la industria

Elegibilidad

• Negocios establecidos en Arvada, Northglenn, Westminster, Brighton, Broomfield, Commerce City y Thornton (incluyendo negocios en casa)
• Por ahora, solo se aceptan negocios como restaurantes y camiones de comida (Food trucks).
• Negocios que se dediquen a actividades legales tanto en el estado de Colorado como en el ámbito federal.
• Pequeñas empresas con menos de 6 empleados.
• Ingresos brutos anuales de $500,000 o menos.
• Deseo de establecer y mantener una presencia en línea.
• Negocios que no estén asociados con los términos en la industria de: licor, tabaco, pornografía, juego de azar, marihuana y negocios relacionados con armas y guerra.
• Negocios registrados con el estado y la ciudad.
• Negocios que actualmente no tienen un sitio web.
• Negocios que tengan una identidad de marca (logo, fuente, colores).
• No e-commerce.
• Negocios propiedad de minorías (según la definición de MBO).

¿Qué necesitamos de usted?

• Deberás pagar por la plataforma utilizada para construir el sitio web, alojamiento y dominio (te guiaremos en este proceso).
• Información (texto) y/o material digital para ayudarnos a crear el contenido del sitio web.
• Reuniones regulares con tu consultor (durante el tiempo que dure el proyecto).

¿Cómo funciona?

• Una vez que apliques, revisaremos todas las solicitudes y seleccionaremos un candidato para ese mes basándonos en la elegibilidad y las necesidades del negocio.
• Anunciaremos al “ganador” en nuestro boletín informativo.
• Diego Leyes, consultor de marketing de SBDC, se reunirá con usted para comenzar a planificar el desarrollo del sitio web y lo guiará en el proceso de compra de su dominio si es necesario.
• Le ofreceremos dos plantillas pre-diseñadas para que elijas. Estas plantillas están optimizadas con el contenido pertinente para la industria alimentaria, por lo que solo necesitamos la información fundamental sobre el negocio, así como su material digital (fotos e identidad de marca) para adaptarlo a la plantilla.
• Te reunirás con Diego Leyes regularmente según sea necesario durante el mes de desarrollo del proyecto.
• Una vez que se entregue tu sitio web, Diego Leyes lo guiará a través del backend de tu sitio web y le enseñará cómo puedes administrarlo.
• Una vez que el sitio web esté listo para ser lanzado, Diego lo guiará a través del proceso de pago de la plataforma y el cliente es responsable de cualquier tarifa aplicable.
• Una vez que se entregue el sitio web, el cliente es responsable del mantenimiento. North metro SBDC ni ninguno de sus consultores es responsable de realizar cambios o cualquier tipo de mantenimiento del sitio web entregado.

Eligibility

• Business resides within Arvada, Northglenn, Westminster, Brighton, Broomfield, Commerce City, and Thornton. (including home-based businesses).
• For now, businesses such as restaurants and food trucks only.
• Businesses engaged in activities that are legal under both Colorado state and federal law.
• Small businesses with less than 6 employees.
• $500,000 or less in annual gross revenue.
• Desire to establish and maintain an online presence.
• Businesses NOT associated with the terms in the industry: liquor business, tobacco business, pornography, gambling, marijuana, and businesses related to war and weapons.
• Businesses registered with the state and city.
• Businesses that do not currently have a website.
• Businesses that have a brand identity (logo, font, colors).
• No e-commerce.
• Minority Owned Business (as defined by MBO)

What do we need from you?

• You pay for the platform used to build the website, hosting, and domain (we will guide you in this process).
• Information (copy) and/or digital material to help us create the content of the website.
• Regular meetings with your consultant (during the length of the project)

How does it work?

• Once you apply, we will go over all applications and select a candidate for that month based on the eligibility and the needs of the business.
• We will announce the “winner” in our newsletter.
• Diego Leyes, SBDC Marketing Consultant, will arrange a meeting with you to start planning the website development, and he will guide you in the process of buying your domain if needed.
• We will have two predesign templates for you to choose from. Those templates are optimized with the pertinent content for the food industry, so we only need the fundamental information about the business as well as their digital material (photos, and brand identity) to be adapted to the template.
• You will meet with Diego Leyes regularly as needed during the month of building.
• Once your website is delivered, Diego Leyes will walk you through the back-end of your website and will teach you how you can manage it.
• Once the website is ready to go live, Diego will guide you through the process of paying for the platform, and the client is responsible for any applicable fee.
• Once the website is delivered, the client is responsible for maintenance. North metro SBDC nor any of its consultants is responsible for making changes or any kind of maintenance of the delivered website.
