Don’t let the casual atmosphere fool you, Coach Chuck has extensive experience in playing and coaching football, baseball, softball and basketball. He know sports and the equipment on the market, whether he sells it or not. “I can explain the difference in models and brands and features you get with each. Most big box stores do not have this kind of product expertise who can help with the customers questions”, states Coach Chuck. He is willing to spend as much time with you and your players to get fitted correctly with what you need, putting safety and comfort first.

For baseball and softball they have a batting cage to “try before you buy” so Chuck can evaluate the players swing to get just the right length and weight of bat needed. Then the player can choose which bat brand and style feels best for him or her.

Coach Chuck is an easy person to talk to. When you chat with him about sports and the value of the experience you can sense a feeling of caring. “As a coach, player and parent, I know the importance of proper equipment and how it affects the game.”

The SBDC has helped us through classes on various business needs and meet with our lead consultant on a regular basis to go over financials, strategies and goals. The list of resources is long, however, I think even more important for us is the psychological support. We no longer stress if an issue comes up that we are not familiar with. We simply contact the SBDC and the wonderful people there will direct us to a resource to access. Now it’s exciting to learn a new skill and apply it to our company. Doesn’t mean it’s easy, however it keeps us interested in our company and focuses us on the next step.
